If you’ve been looking at my flickr stream since the weekend, it’d be quite apparent that I bought some umbrellas, tripods and flash adaptors. Although I’ve barely been able to play with them at all, I’m already quite smitten with the light they produce; they really are a man’s best friend.

Train, Liz and myself have all been subjected to umbrella induced photons and I’m taking it as a very good sign that I’m not bored yet. Still needs a whole heap of trial and error before I’ll feel competent with them, but it’ll be worth it. That much I’m sure of.
