The sure fire way to make Train happy on a cold morning is to open our front door so the sunlight can stream in. If you do this, you’ll get a happy cat that moves from spot to spot in the sunshine, constantly cleaning herself and rolling around scenting the floor. Kitty Bliss.

I know. Three photos in one day. Craziness!!
We shall start with what Liz did this afternoon. Quiet time with Train next to the heater. Om nom nom.
Then what I did. A quick shop by bike at Marrickville Metro where I ran into Laura. Random++
It seems as though every time Liz and I attempt to take a proper photo of ourselves for a 365, Train gets in the way. And by that I mean while I’m setting up the camera/lights, the following series of events will occur.
Train will walk past Liz
Liz will pick up Train
Train will bite(click to read the full post)
Made from the boxes we got yesterday from Laura and Dan, it’s positively the biggest kitty fortress she’s ever had! It’s got two rooms inside and a verandah/porch section you can see her lazing in here…
Sorry Train, but tonight Liz and I saw other kitties. They were Laura and Dan’s Elvis and Bear. This is me smack-patting Elvis. He
… enjoys her cell of warmth.
Liz tried to give Train a kiss goodnight. The kiss was laid, then Train objected with teeth.
Hiding under sheets of tissue paper of course! We think it makes her feel like a stealthy warrior.
Even though she’s super recognisable as a kitty shaped lump of tissue paper.
Last Saturday, Liz and I visited the Salamanca Markets where she picked up a small wooden cat to eternally remind her of happy times with Chaos, the Islington Hotel’s resident cat. Tonight, we introduced Train to Chaos and the first encounter went extremely well! No bites, no hissing, Train even played with Chaos(click to read the full post)
I’m still sick (and get to continue being an unemployed bum next week). Liz is getting sick (and has to attempt to get to work in the morning). Train’s mega feisty (and just wants to eat us both at every turn).
This is her I’m grumpy and want to be let out the front(click to read the full post)
We’ve had Train for almost three years now, and never have we seen her stare directly into our blue lamp. Much less stare into it when it’s on.
The lamp gives out stacks of heat (energy efficiency++), so I can only it was a combination of the warmth and smelly goodness contained within.
Happy Birthday for next week Laura. We thoroughly enjoyed your company and hope you enjoyed ours. Nom the leftover pizza and rainbowcake in good health!
I think Train was developing a soft spot for you towards the end of the night. She shows this with laser eyes and menacing death stares.
Train is officially sitting on her new sheep skin rug. Never mind that it only lasted 15 minutes and that she’s not been back since. It was a success!!
Also, apologies for posting quite a few Train photos, but we’re not going to see her for 4-5 days come next week so we’re attempting(click to read the full post)
Forget the phrase, “it’s a dog’s life”… Train’s far more spoilt than any dog I know.
Doesn’t she look so happy with me invading her space?
This morning I woke up to a delightful puddle of cat chuck out in the lounge room. And some more delightful puddles in Train’s litter tray. She’s not feeling too well at the moment.
She’s still sprightly and eating her meals so Jarod sneakily put a worming tablet into some cheese and fed it to(click to read the full post)
